Don't cha love limelight

NOT enough Roosters have been strutting their wares of late, so it's with great delight that we welcome the Playboy Era back to Bondi Junction.

Mitchell Pearce got the jump last weekend with Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts in a stunning hook-up that's become the envy of his teammates.
Pearce received a raucous reception on Tuesday when he entered the club gym, which has been blaring the pop group's No.1 hit - Don't Cha - ever since.
But later that night centre Shaun Kenny-Dowall made his move, getting among a dozen glamours who are training to become part of the inaugural Australian Ladies Gridiron League.
The Kiwi speedster hot-footed it to a sprint session with the girls, who are being fine-tuned by his former Roosters assistant Roger Fabri.
League director Jade Green told us 120 girls had already signed up to play nationwide, with the competition set to kick off in four states this September.

NSW will host five teams - Newcastle, Bondi, UTS, Penrith and Sutherland.
But none of the teams will follow their lingerie-clad American counterparts.
"The outfits are athletic and definitely leave no doubt about our femininity," Green said.
"But we chose against wearing lingerie because of the connotations and the fact it can objectify women."
STILL on Pearce and Dragons fans shouldn't get too fired up about ever seeing the NSW Origin half in a big Red V.
There's no secret St George Illawarra have targeted Pearce to succeed skipper Ben Hornby, who is considering retirement.
Pearce comes off-contract next season, but enjoys an incredibly close personal relationship with Roosters chairman Nick Politis. After grooming Pearce for the past seven seasons, there's no way Politis will stand by and allow a rival to poach him.
