I'm unsure what was wrong with me. It honestly felt like my stomach was on fire and would come and go. Still and bit off today but a lot better. A glass of milk helped.
Not sure what caused it. And bit worried what to eat moving forward cause that wasn't pleasant. I am staying away from anything acidic and spicy, gassy, chocolate or alcohol for now

Pork n veal mince, grated carrot, chooped spring onion, bread crumbs, garlic, fennel seeds, salt pepper

Mostly. I believe that meat is the only thing you need and the best but at times I eat other junk.
