Here is the thing with AD. He has an amazing ability to show some form and then have that form completely disappear.
He isn't good enough to play in the halves for us. He is too slow for the centres. He has done well playing at lock but it's like one game or so.
I hope he stays but we shouldn't be offering him good dollars.

I think there is an element of self entitlement with AD.
When we were absolutely crapola a few years ago Adam was our hope.
He then had those horrific run of knee recos and now that he's back he wants to be the man again, and more money. Nothing wrong with that if he performs. Which he kinda had albeit with weakened opposition.
He did give us this year at a bargain price so that helped us.
I've always tried to be on his side but I think another year at 400k with a club option for a possible upgrade after that is a fair deal if it all works out with him at lock.
If he can get better elsewhere then ok. Let him go without causing a scene.
