I think an F grade for the Browns is a bit harsh, but yes at first glance I was shocked they went for Weeden at 22.

But the trade up for Richardson was a solid move; we desperately needed to establish the run after the Hillis debacle. Richardson’s presence in theory should take some heat off Weeden too. Interesting article on Weeden if anyone is interested:
