Dragons jersey without sleeve sponsors

Just saw this picture on the nrl app. Took me a moment to realise why the jersey looked nicer than normal - no sleeve sponsor.

I wish the nrl would limit sponsorship to just one major sponsor per jersey.

I think a lot of people agree with you. I see more English premier league jerseys in Sydney than I do nrl jerseys. The epl jerseys look better, fit better and can be worn with jeans.

I think the nrl needs to rethink its whole strategy here.

Ok, you lose some money from the sponsorship. But now you have more shirt sales plus you have more walking adrvtisements for the game.

The thing is it’s almost a fashion srstement to wear an EPL jersey or even some of the NBA ones. However wearing an NRL one isn’t for fashion. Simple reason - marketing

without "1st Grade" on the emblem it just isn't the same.
it also should be long sleeve & have the westmont manufacturer's logo on it.
