I saw vision of Tim Watsford in the sheds after the game on the weekend and he did not look happy. That is a good sign to me and shows he is involved more than others before. It's way too early to blame him for anything. The Flanno re-signing was not all his decision, but he may have now learnt not to trust those that made the call like Ben Haran. He is still learning and hopefully will weed out all the dead wood starting with Haran.

People are quick to criticise the decision of re-signing Flanno but he did bring in a recruitment guy in Daniel Anderson who is spoken of highly by the Roosters management as he helped them develop and bring in some good players. He re-organised the management and cut a few people already. Saints never had a recruitment guy before he joined so that in itself is a good move. Guys like Matt Cooper have some involvement again which is also good. For some reason I have faith in Watsford as he will let this season run it's course but if it turns to $hite which it already is, he will be making some huge changes when the time is right.

I hope so.

Agree on Coops and it seems Ando is working with one arm behind his back.

Watsford needs the backing the clean out the board, Haran and Young Jr and Flanno Snr if he stopped the signing of a seven for Jr.

Sadly, if it hasn't already been done before, I can't see it happing.

A timely reminder from last July when Watsford declared in the media that Kyle was bridging a gap at halfback and we'd be in the market for a marquee halfback.

As of Round 6 this year, if looks like Kyle will continue to 'bridge the gap' for another entire season'.

This club is such a mess.
Well, hopefully we are going to get a marquee fullback (Drinkwater).
We have a great halfback (Reed) coming through. I'm sure that our combo of Reed and Atkinson will do very well in the halves.
We have signed KK for 2027 and beyound.

Now we must decide which players to keep and which to move on.

The Board again has failed 2 year extension for flanno after 2 years of no results for top 8 . The Board keep signing rejects and assistant coaches if they waited till this season after 6 games look what they did reward a coach 2 more years and 10 straight losses and possibly a wooden spoon. The Ceo needs to speak to members and sponsors or the next home game no fans will show up it will be worst year in the history under the amateurs that sit on the board . The waiving of the Red V toul the last 2 games has been a sign of surrender more like it so embarrassing to see .

Very disappointing that no-one from the board or senior management has had anything to say publicly on the situation. No interview, correspondence or even an email to members. Our illustrious co-captains haven't said anything publicly either apart from post match interviews. Instead, before the last match it was left to Liddle and Guler to front the media and give us their thoughts.

Makes you think the board doesn't give a rats.
