The St George Illawarra Dragons have announced the re-signing of Australian Schoolboy Representatives Reece Robson and Zac Lomax to new contracts.
Dragons National Youth Competition hooker Reece Robson, who was previously part of the St George Dragons SG Ball team, has been signed for a further season, until at least the end of 2017.
Additionally, local Temora junior Zac Lomax, a backrower who can also play in the centres, was part of Illawarra Steelers SG Ball Grand Final team and has been signed for a further three seasons until at least the end of 2019.
Both players were recently named in the 2016 Australian Schoolboy squad following impressive displays during the 18 Years Championships held earlier this month in Brisbane and were also part of the NSW U18 team.
“It is exciting that both Reece and Zac have decided to continue their footballing education here at the Dragons,” said Director of Rugby League Pathways Ian Millward.
“It was great watching both Zac and Reece in action for the NSW U18 side and they have been rewarded once again for their hard work by being named in the 2016 Australian Schoolboy squad.
“Both are talented players and have bright futures here with the Club.”
