Well i expected to get beaten comprehensively last night without the guys that are out.
if they got close and lost, sh*t its been a whole lot better than getting whipped.
Is it not.
???
For the record, we won a tight one in Auckland in round 2, witha stack of players out again.
Since then we have either rolled teams by 20 + or got rolled by the same amount.
We have not been able to get a good contingent of first graders on the park.
Take out, Freddy, Morley, Cayless, Topou, Wing, Cross, Cusack..
Lets see how well they do.
Same positions as ours, same sort of class. Well Cross for Gasnier.. LOL

Stgillaman, you forget we gave the bulldogs a run with even more stars out last year.
Southern Rooster said:The Dragons lack the killer instinct. They remind a lot of the Roosters between 1996 and 2001. They could rack 50 up against inferior opposition but when it came to the good sides it didn't take much for us to falll away.
At 12-0 and the Roosters with 12 men and Saints getting a penalty they should have really been looking at taking the Roosters out of the game. I believe had they gone for a tap or touch they might have got 6.
Another intersting fact between Saints and the Roosters is that in the last 4 games the Roosters have kept Saints scoreless for one half of the match.
In 2002 it was 20-0 H/T
In 2003 it was 12-0 second half
2004 2-0 H/T
2004 18-0 second half
Saints seem to keep them in the contest.
Interesting statistics but with respect, I don't know how this has anything to do with killer instinct. I know this was the case two years ago but this year, I've noticed that Saints tend to keep coming back, when in previous years, they would put the cue in the rack for 20 minutes or so.Southern Rooster said:Another intersting fact between Saints and the Roosters is that in the last 4 games the Roosters have kept Saints scoreless for one half of the match.
