3 - Lafai. He sealed the victory with multiple fantastic 1 on 1 tackles in big moments. If he hadn't shut down those moments he had Ponga hovering around ready for takeoff.

2 - Vaughan. Fantastic tonight and very important runs that laid our foundation

1 - Norman. Threatened the line several times, made breaks, and is really taking control in Widdop's anscence. Threw a beautiful pass for JP that was incorrectly ruled forward. Field goal speaks for itself.

3. Vaughan (stepped up again to put us in the winning position. Would be even more effective if anyone bothered to back up his hit and spins)
2. Lafai (3 huge tackles and really strong with the ball in hand)
1. Frizell (Strong comeback and what a steal!)
3. Vaughan - Man of the match performance. Laid a huge platform.
2. Norman - Starting to prove his worth. 2 clutch plays in 2 weeks from 40m out = 4 competition points.
Without those 2 plays we would've been 0-4.
1. McInnes - Line speed in defence was sublime. Outplayed his opposite number.

Special mentions: Frizell, T. Sims and Lafai.

3. Vaughan. Gave 'em hell yesterday.
2, Norman.
1. Lafai.

Again there wasn't a bad player out there yesterday. Special mention to Korbin. Clearly he had damaged his arm/shoulder whatever but still takes on the pack and nearly scores. Courageous stuff. Pereira and Ravalawa taking the early hitups. How I'd love to see them in open space. For Norman to kick the winner he has to be in the right position so tough yards by all. Lawrie and Graham both shedding some blood. Tough win that one in enemy territory. Can't argue with their commitment.

Friz - You would not know he had a couple of weeks off injured. Was awesome
Vaughn - Meter eater. Was brilliant.
Norman - Unlucky not to get a try assist with that great pass. Great field goal. Made some good breaks.

This was a toughie.

3. Frizell
2. Dufty
1. Vaughan

Special mention to Lawrie and Korbin Sims (playing 20 something minutes with a busted wing was courageous, although an adroit coach would have removed him out of harm’s way immediately).
