Dufty to Titans

Flanno has obviously spent some time with Duff when he took over the attack a couple of weeks ago.

You can see the way he's moving around the field and how he's always looking for that option to ball-play. He used to just run and maybe pop a pass if he ran out of options.

He's playing very Barba-like at the moment, which is the right call for him. His size was always going to be a detriment.

I'm not complaining about Dufty's improvement but isn't Flanno barred from having any coaching input with the first grade team until 2022?.

I am excited by the prospect of Clune, Dufty, 2 Fegais, Lomax, Ramsay, Ravalawa and Sailor playing in the same backline. Bring it on!
Agree there is real potential in this group but remember Ravalawa has set up as many tries for our opposition as he has for us and Sailor is in all probability going to be somewhere else next year. Sailor doesn’t seem to be in our plans and, more importantly, we don’t appear to be in his. Ramsey and the Fegais brothers need to be blooded but they will need to prove themselves at NRL level. Unfortunately all clubs have had a steady stream of ‘guns’ who don’t make the step up successfully, Cummins, Quinlan and Mundine are just three that come to mind for us. What is for sure is that Mary and Co need to be brave enough to blood some of these guys because the Titans, Broncos, Canterbury and, to a lesser extent, the Storm will be after cut price players who have potential.
