I don't think anyone is trying to be an arse Drew. Some games are going to be great for some people & not so great for others. This one for me had its moments, but I found it a bit frustrating. Had I drawn a better role my opinion would no doubt be different. Same as games I would rank in my top 3 would be in other peoples shit list.

No issue with Bushy at all. I just can't understand a faction sending someone their QT on an assumption. Jeez if Dutchy was a douche then that's game over, all he has to do is name them.

Pretty much this. 9701 has thrown his hand up & admitted the error so no point bashing him over it. I don't think anyone will make that error again.

Like I said my role descreption was not ambiguous at all it said I revive someone they join our faction with a new role, no maybe someone else might get him etc. Here is my role:

You are Cadfael, Noble Heroes Aligned Human Cleric.
You're a wisened old man with a heart of gold and a wealth of knowledge. You're the heart and soul of your group.
Resurrection: Once during the game you may PM me the name of a player to resurrect. Regardless of their previous faction, they'll return to life and join your faction. Their role may change.Consult Books: You love to read and know all kinds of interesting things. Each night you may PM me the name of a player. You'll learn something regarding their identity. Your fellow mafia members are Gorm Brightblade, Silune, and Sigmund the Paladin.
You win when the Noble Heroes outnumber all other factions.

I read the bolded to mean what it said and that the person I revived would be in our faction. Never even considered someone else would also have a revive which was where I screwed it up.

Really though I'd rather people criticise my games so I can improve them than have people not say anything at all and there be something fundamentally wrong with them. Unless Mis is completely stubborn and arrogant I would think he feels the same way.

Mis also knows we like his games or we wouldn't keep playing them. He knows we respect the effort that goes in because half of us have run our own or several of our own. And I'm pretty sure he knows we don't have a problem with him personally because half of us regularly talk with him outside of LU.

It was mentioned in the next write up that three factions targeted Dutchy with a revive. You should have read that and then asked Mis if your's was the successful one.

I'm fine with the feedback, lads. As I've said elsewhere, I wasn't happy with the balance of this game. Waaaaay too many people had passive protection, and there were so few kills floating around that I had to invent a couple as the game got later to avoid having completely uneventful night write-ups.

I was frustrated to. I mean, everyone had a passive or was revived - where the f**k did my passive / revive go? :sarcasm:

Rubs you the wrong way - why?

Look, D10's situation was different. It had to do with his availablility. Personally, I think he should have given up total control to me when I put my hand up so I could finish it. He didn't want to so the game was very disrupted. His choice, rather than the game being unbalanced.

My comment wasn't suggesting that people were being destructive in their comments. I was merely saying be careful what you say as it is easy to become destructive, rather than constructive, in these situatuon.
