i will import the draft results into our teams now. that will give anyone a chance who is going away over the weekend to set their team before friday's game.

After the train-wreck that was the 2006 season the Canberra Shineys would have just settled for a competitve total to commence our re-build, but it's looking quite likely that the mighty Shineys may pull off an upset victory in week 1 against the Stunts.

If we can hold on for the win we'll have equalled our win total from last year! :lol:

LT and Tom Brady have to make up 50 points to beat me. 1st quarter and he has already chased down 19 of those points. It doesn't look good for me.

Yep, especially being a Vikings fan. In a few years he'll be a superstar.

But to be honest I dont think he'll dominate this year the way some people think he will. Taylor is still a very good RB and will steal too many carries - Calvin Johnson on the other hand will be able to dominate straight away - and my team needed immediate help.

But in other news - the Shineys look on track to go 2-0. Can we double our 2006 win tally in just 2 weeks?

I left out White cos Jackson is starting in GB and White ends up doubling Jackson's points... not that it matters though.

Add to that the fact that he plays under Mike Martz and gets 10+ balls a game thrown his way. He'll be big this year.
