06-07-2010 Eagles Get Help from Down Under
The Fairfax Eagles are proud to announce the appointment of Brian Greige to the 2010 coaching staff. Brian is a Level 2 ARL coach, has coached extensively in Australia and New Zealand, and brings a wealth of rugby league knowledge and experience to the club. Brian will also take on a business development role with the club. Fairfax president Steve Grant said, "It's an honor to have someone of Brian's caliber join the Eagles. He instantly becomes one of the most experienced coaches in the USA, and I have no doubt he'll help get the Eagles to the next level". Brian has already started implementing a grassroots program to introduce rugby league to local schools, and will be hosting coaching clinics and certification courses throughout the year. Brian is also hoping to introduce Eagle Tag (non-contact rugby league) into the local community by the end of the year.
