Just 1 week for DCE I hope (doubt he'll get even that), we don't want other teams getting a leg up v Manly.
If we really are getting closer to decent form with Robson and Carney back, winning 3 or 4 of our next 6 should still see us with a chance this year, and seems possible if our form is OK.
That would leave us chasing a very good back half of the year, but we already knew we needed that after 4 losses to start.
No team is dominating at this stage (the Titans are on top, for heaven's sake, and they look awful) so a run of form for any team would see them surge to the top. With a tight pack, top 8 could be made up from a few teams who lose more than they win in the year.
Still, there were worrying signs in the first 4 games even with our injury toll, Carney and Robson are both carrying injuries, and we are down a lot of players. We could easily get them back and be a force yet, or be quite terrible as we already have been.
Roosters should be the easiest of our next three games on current form, Panthers the hardest, such is the weird nature of the comp this year. Bit hard to make any predictions.
