If required I can provide you with a copy of the letter of authorization from the government, allowing me to collect money from this auction for the Premiers Disaster Relief Appeal as a third party.

We are doing this to help people out and in memory of our two-year-old daughter who passed away suddenly on December 20 2010. Rest in peace Cecilia Rose. She taught us many lessons about love and life.

Apologies if I have not posted this in the right spot.

Hand-made Queensland pen & cufflink set for Premier’s Disaster Relief Appeal
I am currently trying to raise money to donate to the flood appeal. I am known for my hobby wood-turning, especially my high end pens, so I made a set of pens and matching cufflinks from a specially cast piece of resin in Queensland colours.
I normally sell these sets for around $250 and was hoping by auctioning them off I could get some competitive bidding going to raise even more money. I am auctioning them off on Ebay here: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120688341971&ssPageNam e=STRK:MESELX:IT
Trying to auction off something to raise money for a charity is harder than you think, you need every man and his dog’s permission, and it has taken 6 weeks! I did however, and now I can say that ALL monies raised from this auction will be donated to the Premier’s Disaster Relief Appeal with the permission of the Queensland Department of the Premier and Cabinet under approval TF/11/5612.
Hopefully one of the forum members here will love them, or know someone else, willing to pay a high price for a good cause. They are a one-off unique set and you will never find another set exactly the same.
Happy bidding.
Cheers
Neil

Thanks again
Neil
