the club didn't try to stop him though. which as PJ said in another thread is their legal right

even if sharks now offered him more than what the english offer is, he'd say no now due to the club's treatment of him. sorry, a board members treatment

Lets do some speculative math.

£300,000 = $700,000

Average $150,000 a year

Bear in mind that Cas are probably paying accomodation, travel (all relocating costs), whatever else etc etc.

I'd guesstimate the actual playing wage at around £100,000 a year

That's $230,000 in our money

Only a raise of $50,000 to have him stay.

He was pushed. No doubts.

I know this is speculative but I think the club could of at least heard him out and reviewed his contract.

Weak as piss this is.

Well if it were me I'd be pissed off that some neville is joing the club on twice the money I was on.
