What troubles me is hearing that Sharpe wants Taylor; Fitzgerald wants Anderson; Spagnolo wants Henry; etc, etc. And, given the rumours that Anderson (for example) might have been sacked solely because he was appointed by a previous board, it doesn't give much confidence that these people could agree on which coach to sign, does it?

The obvious solution is to time-share the coaching role (and with all communication b/w coaches banned...unless done through 2GB or Slothfield). Taylor takes first 20 minutes, Anderson second 20 minutes, Kearney the half-time address, Henry the next 20 minutes, and Terry Fearnley brings home the bacon. Future allocations of game time could be adjusted according to the relative control that each faction holds over the board, and which directors can be arsed turning up for board meetings.

I actually think it means they will sign Cameron Smith, they'll say he is the brains behind the Storm and because they are so successful he will be able to implement that structure with us, the real innovation though will be that they are going to allow him to still play for the Storm and prepare video sessions for the Eels in his spare time......

I wouldn't rule out anything with the morons who run our club!
