In an hour I’m going to go to a local Xmas get together and there will be some Sharks NRL staff there. I’ll ask them about your circular logic and our underachievement. Hopefully they’ll have a laugh.

Ho ho ho.
John Morris is a goner and may be sacked before the season starts.

Ouch.

An interim arrangement with former players before the inevitable return of Flanagan.
Pure lunacy, I think Morris has done a fair job with the squad he was handed and the injury toll he has suffered. We can’t talk we re-signed a middle of the road coach after a 60 point flogging coming off a wooden spoon season.

Divided board, apparently.

It's astonishing that there are merkins at Sharks who think that it's a good decision to bring back Flanno.

This is the guy who was suspended because 17 players under his watch tested positive. LINK

The Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA) and Cronulla have confirmed five players currently contracted to the Sharks and 12 former players have received show cause notices from the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA) over the club's 2011 supplements program.

The Sharks released a statement Wednesday afternoon outlining that five players have been "offered a proposal regarding a possible suspension", which they will need to consider before the weekend.

And then whilst suspended

.... it came to light that Flanagan had been actively involved in the Sharks’ recruitment and retention while he was on suspension. LINK

Guilt, degree of culpability or innocence aside, surely the club needs to put that shit behind them ?

Forget about Cronulla. There were rumours that Merkins (or should that be spelled Monkin) at our club that wanted Flanagan on board.
