I agree....

hot take, Barrett has been brilliant for us in a pile of shit he had to put up with..
Yeah he hasn't been too bad.

His record isn't going to look good but yeah he has copped an injury list worse then what BA had deal with over 11 years.

We have been competitive most weeks just haven't got the reward with an extra 2-3 wins we should have on the board.

He has one job left though make sure we avoid the Spoon.

Mass exodus threat in Ryles rebuild

Some of the Parramatta players who have all but given up on the 2024 season will want to be careful their attitude doesn't come back to bite them.

The Eels hit a new low against the Roosters in bog-like conditions at Allianz Stadium on Friday night.

On such a terrible surface, the game should have been close and tight - but the Roosters breezed to a 38-14 win.

Parramatta missed an embarrassing 57 tackles - and watching it all was coach-elect for 2025, Jason Ryles.

Ryles has already shown he is willing to clear the decks for next season, with several players being told they are free to look around for new employment despite being contracted to the Eels.

And it would be very surprising if, after witnessing the demolition job the Roosters did to his new team, he doesn't tap a few more on the shoulder in the coming weeks.

Forgets to mention the Roosters missed 38 tackles to a team that is in the battle for the wooden spoon ..

Mole is the Biggest cheerleader for the Roosters it's not even funny

And we didn't have a supercoach in the box either.
Amazes me how the coach with the best roster is held in such high esteem. Journos love fest for the likes of Robinson, Arthur and Stuart is seriously corrupt.

My daughter's netball team had their final game of the season on the weekend, stone motherless last on the ladder.

The coach decided which positions they'd play each quarter by letting them randomly pick the positions out of a bag... that's a strategy I hope Trent can bring in for the remaining games in this woeful Eels season 😊.

I’ve been impressed with the effort since Arthur left. These merkins are outclassed but having a dig.
💯...if they lose but they have given their all that's all we can ask for until we get better personnel next yr.
Hopefully we win another game this yr and I think the Broncos game is a huge opportunity with haas, mam and Walsh out

Things ain't that bad we have left 3 wins out on the table since Barrett took over.

Dogs, Knights and Penrith. Just lacked the finish required.

Would have loved to played GC with Moses playing instead of missing with origin.

You would probably say the most embarrassing moment since Barrett took over was the 5 min period against Penrith after 73 mins of hard work went down the toilet.

He’s a total knob and a wanker, but when it came to us he was spot on. Facts don’t care about your feelings Gronkles.
All he said was that a team struggling for form, significant injuries, an out of whack roster and coming second last did not have pride in their jumpers. Whereas the teams he compared them with, who have glam rosters and nearly all their players available, do.

And then he made a disjointed rant about options, which he clearly doesn't understand.

I understand why you like the tone of the article, but really it was a superficial drunk-Uncle-Frank-sitting-alone-at-the-bar rant.
