I was initially against it but actually warming to the signing. I really liked his comments last week seeing how keen he was to come back and rip in with a point to prove.

My main concern is he’s had a few soft tissue injuries last few seasons. But if we have got him for around 400k for 2 years can’t really go wrong.

I’m still hoping that Ethyn Martin gets a shot this year at some point - very raw but is a classy finisher and he has a bit of X factor about him. Looks like he’s put on a bit of size over the off-season as well.

As Pou keeps saying when he's schooling you "deadshits", nobody here knows what we're offering, so as much as you'd all like to think it's Unders, it could just as well be a lot more...

This is true.

I'm willing to believe this though. It makes sense considering the circumstances.

with the Fox's injury record I reckon he'll get a run at some stage

He’s got some competition in both Miller-Stephen and R Penisini , and possibly Mo Alemmedine so plenty of up and comers. Dunster is still on the books too.

if you've seen them all play, who is most likely in your opinion ?

Likely Mo Alemadine as he was impressive , but when watching Penisini in his junior reps , he is a taller, quicker version of his brother but got injured in first cup game. This pre season will give us some answers, although not sure Mo is there for the full NRL training.

And Dom, looks likely a rookie long shot too. He is doing the nrl off season with the squad too. Goes good!

Dom was really looking good , but in 2024 he seemed to bulk up and lost the speed which made him the fastest back in the juniors. Go back 18 months and he would have been in the top 2/3 , need to see how he returns this year.

I’m shocked Blaize only just injured his shoulder, he tackles like it’s already bung.

Just found some footage of Talagi attemting to defend:

We didn't pay overs when we were desperate. Are we desperate now? Maybe we've decided overs is better than not having a team.
