It deteriorated about a decade ago now maybe when all the developments started going up surrounding it but it’s come roaring back because a lot of those developments are retiree places (quite expensive retiree places) and those retirees love nothing more than trundling onto the course.

It stays pretty lush because of the waterways. It’s not Royal Sydney but you’re also less likely to be f**ked by a crosswind than it too.

It’s certainly top 2 in the Hills, possibly only beat by Dural Putt Putt
