I find this whole this saga a little strange. He is out for the season anyway so he can get right away from the game for 4 or 5 months to get himself right. Then he can re-assess how is he is in November or so. He may be good to go by then.

The fact he has requested a release obviously indicates that once he is well he has no intention of playing for this club. He could have requested personal leave but chose to cut ties completely.

I reckon some people should learn a bit of a lesson .... I know the media are often full of shit, but a lot of the time what they write has some element of truth .... and you have to learn who and who not to trust

if kate mcclymont writes something about foran and that hayson (or whatever his name is) - then believe it - she's not a bullshit artist and has too much cred to lose by writing unfounded rumours

even danny wielder is right more often than not these days - yes surprising, but its true

just don't dismiss everything bad that is ever written about our club and or players - its been proven to be a never ending trail of disaster this season with our club and guys doing a never ending series of dumb shit ... don't just brand everything as wrong cos YOU don't wanna think its true

Yep. At the start I wanted to think it was us
versus them, we were being picked on etc. Even though it's been relentless, they have been pretty close to the mark on just about everything this year.

Yes there are certainly some journos who tell it as it is and some who make shit up.

Many are focusing on Watmough's heartfelt imagery of Foz's mindset and how low it has become. Others are spending the morning linking Foz to the Bulldogs like it's a done deal.

The club has decided that they can't carry someone with Foran's issues on $1.2 million under the salary cap and showed it's intentions with the breach notice. Foran is just getting in first before he is sacked.

Keiran Foran quitting the club is the best news the club has had since it was announced that Keiran Foran signed with the Club!

Gronk, Read my posts FFS. I have always wished him well. Never mentioned any of the unfortunate marriage breakdown and other alleged stuff that has not been proven. What I did say was that he had a responsibility of being a leader both on and off the field and people kept saying that it was OK for him to associate with Hayson and his ex Manly mates whilst in rehab. For me it was always about the stuff that affected his football with us and I didn't want us to pay for a pre-conceived condition that was successfully hidden by Manly for many years. I always said that he was a very good player. He was my favourite non Parra player. However I quickly saw that his leadership qualities were overrated, that we paid too much and that he would be our worst buy in our 69 year history.

The posts were directed to the morons that attacked me over my opinion. Not Foran. Let him live to 100 and play for the Dogs in 2017. I would give him an unconditionally release. Sterlo said he wouldn't but I would. Just let him go. There will be no benefit to us restricting him in 2017. None.

If they get Foran we would be mad not to look at Reynolds. He is a competitor and exactly the type of player we need to compliment Norman. (Assuming Hayne plays fullback)

Blake Green is a Hills junior, even posted up a photo wearing a Hills Gremmo jersey at Storm training. He would be handy and a good organiser inside Corey, apparently he has some sort of agreement with Moanly, hopefully Foran goes back and we can then pick up Blake
