We weren't smashed up front at all really and haven't been to many times this year. To those of you who think Robson and Mortimer are the answers in the halves answer this. Why in those almost 5 sets in a row in there 20 metre area did Robson or Mortimer not create or try and create anything. The only person in this team who creates something is Hayne. Robson and Mortimer create absolutely nothing it's all Hayne.

And quickly Joel Reddy and MK are shocking. We need to buy some halves and a hooker urgently.

Just imagin if we had a half back that was relatively dangerous. Defence would not only worry about hayne. If he draws a defender to himm it frees up hayne,.

Problem is they know hayne is going to get the ball 9 out of 10 times near the line & that way they load that side with defenders. We need another avenue in attack & mortimer is a write off as a first grader & robson would make a great 3rd option at 5/8.

We made the grandfinal on the back of haynes 9 man of the matches in the back end of last year. If people think he didnt carry us there then they are kidding themselves. The rest just held there own while hayne done nearly everything when needed in attack

Wow, most of the Robson/Mortz hate stopped the last 3 games and its back in full throttle.
How I miss it :D

What a concidence it is that hayne has 3 man of the matches but when he is quiet & we expect the chosen one to step up he plays even worse than ever.

Our points are hayne. I dont blame robinson because he doesnt carry on like he is special

Maybe because he's not?

No excuses for tonight, we were outplayed by a better side, the Roosters would have touched up most sides tonight.

He's a tough kid but he won't steer a team around

So was brett finch. He had to go to a team of superstar & be there 4th option to play decent footy.

The kids kills us in attack. He has no idea whasoever about tempo of game

his kick to not find touch killed us tonight. We were in it & had a chance to swing the moment back our way until he fluffed that. His passing ability in the first half was abysmal at best. He has been like that all year & rode hayne last year. He should be thankful that his surname was mortimer & not smith keating or anything else because he would be bashed from every commentator paper & fan

Mortimer didn't play well the last month, everyone was just happy that Hayne was winning us matches again.

The wiley old dog B. Smith worked out a plan to trouble Hayne with his bad positional play in defence and crowded him in attack. We were lucky that our one try Hayne was able to push off 4-5 defenders to wrestle over for a try.

One a side note if Reddy's try wasn't a benefit of the doubt try then get rid of the button.

They just had an off game tonight

You mean Mortz had 3 off games the last 3 weeks prior. Tonight he was his usual self.

Robbo did ok. Wasn't great but wasn't that bad. But he got hooked towards the end.

Rorters are the bench mark, Eels 2001 reincarnated with speed on the edges.

I will keep saying it, we need a 7 BIG TIME

Morts is a backer upper, and a good one, but until we get a real 7 we will not see the best of him. Let's hope the NRL make sure the big 4 are screwed at the scum
