Remember last years' trials everyone, and dull your expectations and opinions both before and after the game. We smashed both the Tigers and Panthers in the pre-season in 2011 to finish a magnificent third-last.

In that sense, the result doesn't matter, and we shouldn't take too much from the game. Frankly, I just want to see that Sandow, Roberts and Hayne can combine well early on.

Don't worry boxy we won't get carried away with a win. Although we will be calling for the coaches and the boards heads if we lose.

the clouds are looking pretty ordinary at the moment, however there is a fairly strong breeze which seems to be blowing it over, so it should be good later this arvo

Nah that's a bitch act.

You a Parra man? Eels fan? Get your f**king hopes up, expect the best, and if you end up disappointed, deal with it.

A lot of the negativity around here is from timid fans with bitch nuts refusing to get their hopes up. Sure it might be easier writing the team off and then getting on the bandwagon later if we do go well, but that attitude brings everyone else down, and as we've seen, creates an air of hostility because optimists don't like having their hopes shit on.
