I was really proud of the effort today. We got steam rolled all over the park but we really tried hard to turn it around.

Moltzen was great. Utai and Tuqiri were right up there. Galloway just put in. Benji, Lawrence and Woods were also good.

There were some poor performers but not through a lack of effort.

Im over the Benji 7 BS, what a joke.watching maybe the worlds best attacking player just rolling a ball into a farcical srcum and passing it to people who arent likely to create anything. We did however lose up the middle in defence. Ooh and Blair f**k off to state cup or somewhere away from this team.

Was the OP at the game? They played like a pub team and most of the Roosters tries came through piss weak grabbing defence by various Tigers. Also, Benji at half isn't working. He's a 5/8 and we still need a half.

I like Benji at 7 - he just seems less mistake prone but still offers us plenty.

As for Blair - I keep looking for the positives and he did have some today. The problem is the negatives are killing us.

We lost today because we defended poorly up the middle and on the edges. Farah being in the middle would have made a big difference and Fulton not being the edges but like most games, the Chooks had all the ball early and we used up a heap of petrol.Their play the ball was quick and they steamrolled us. Cant think of to many sides that could have stopped their go forward and cant think of any side that can pluck 24 points out of the air in a few minutes.

Funny enough I walked away from the game feeling pretty good about the rest of the season

Hmmm Maybe the last 4 straight teams that beat them !!.
But anyway it must have been a somber day at the club and im sure that would have reflected somewhat on the field in regards to energy. You could just see from the very first minute the roosters were everywhere 100 mile an hour while we were just jogging and dicking around .
1 lose after a good run isnt the end of the world but FMD why are the rooters our bogey side ?
