El Garbo, I did not see tonight's game as I was out and unable to find out anything but progress scores. It became depressing. Having said that, congratulations to the Dragons - they are a very good side, playing very good football at the moment. They have beaten better sides than ours in recent weeks, so I don't feel it a disgrace to lose to them.
It is not time to hang yourself just yet. Premierships are not won in May, it is September/October that is important, not that the Sharkies will necessarily be there and at this stage you would be very brave to predict that the Dragons won't be and won't be competing strongly.
Your masterpiece is not compromised by tonight's outcome. Cronulla still hold the upper hand as far as results are concerned and the magnitude of the scoreline does not significantly change the overall for and against averages. Crowd figures have not altered. Your statement of facts remains intact and nothing that Dragon supporters can say tonight alters what you said and what I added.
