Elliott Signing

Does anyone know think that the decision to sign Matthew Elliott has been a very poor one from Panthers Management? I just think based upon his teams performance and his selection decisions in recent weeks he is a very questionable signing and their may be adverse consequences on the Panthers performance in the next few years due to him being coach of the club.

He will probably persist with some stupid combination like Lee Hookey and Mark O'Halloran in the centres. Typical Elliott style.

I don't mind Elliott talk from Penrith fans, it's the Raider fans who like to think they rub it in that annoys me.

I wouldnt like to think our own Penrith fans feel gagged when speaking of Elliott which is inevitable and I'm not sure how others were feeling but I felt gagged because personally I don't want to hear what Raider fans want to say on him. So hence the birth of our trolling thread.

In answer to your question whippet, I am going to reserve my judgement until Elliott has at least a year under his belt. I am curious to see what he can do what Penrith have. I don't think I would like him to come in and do a complete sweep and try to buy a premiership. So to me it remains to be seen on what he will do.
