I would have to say Turkey were. A year ago, they weren't even discussing joining the ENWC, yet there they were, with a few local guys in there team, good results, and brought along quite a lot of supporters to their matches too! Meanwhile their local scene (male and female league) is booming! Go Turkey!!

What I like seeing is the continuing inprovements in RL in Europe and the Americas

The gap between France / Serbia and the rest in Europe is closing

The formula is working for Europe

Which will help improve competition across Europe long term
