Well played England. They played to their strengths and smashed us at the breakdown and in the scrum. Pitty Mortlock kicked badly. It was always going to come back and bite him on the butt. Still.... the Wallaby forwards need to all open a can of harden the F#ck up. It's a tough game......play it like that.

The All Blacks choked..... straight out choke. All the possession, all the territory. OK that final try came off a forward pass but it shouldn't have come to that. Hard to believe the best rugby nation in the world has one world cup.

Not trying to bag England here, but moreso some of the rules that still bug me about Union.
The only team to fail to score a try in the quarter-finals and they advance ahead of four other teams.

Poor wannabes.

Could be worse, we could be kiwis and have our national religion as Kickby.

Go Johnny may you out kick the Springboks.

At what stage will people stop referring to NZ as "the best rugby nation in the world"? It was 20 years ago that they won the Rugby World Cup, since then they talk a good game, play well between World Cups, then bottle it big time when the pressure is on!

The capitulation of the scrum proved that sacking Eddie Jones was one of the worst decisions the corrupt NSWRU-controlled ARU has ever made. Eddie for so long tried to get specialised scrum training set up, only to be blocked by the ARU. Then, the ARU blamed him for not doing specialised scrum training. How does that work exactly?

In any case, Connolly had 2 years to prepare Australia... should have been more than long enough. Instead he compounds the issue by selecting a prop who not only can't scrummage, but didn't even make the starting line-up for the second-worst team in the Super 14 in Matt Dunning.

In case you can't tell, I'm glad Connolly and his bumbling, inept coaches are gone. Nobody could have done a worse job. Mark my words, if Eddie were still in charge, King George would have proudly been holding up the William Webb Ellis Cup in triumph at the end of the tournament.

To be honest I am not worried in the least that we didnt win the RWC, we will win it its just a matter of time. In fact I would rather see a team that hasnt won it yet win it as it will be good for the game. So go the Frogs or the Argies!
