My school Christian Brothers High School Lewisham are also in he Arrive Alive cup & are still in the competition. We have already played 5 games in the comp & are getting through the hard way. We played in the lead up to the Dragons/Cowboys game at Oki on sunday & it was a great effort. The previous game against Kograh Marist, we came down from 16-0 at half time to win 18-16 & win the St George distric. In this game against Figtree high (winners of illawarra distric) we were down 18-0 with 20mins to go. After some great individual play from Lewisham hooker Paul English (bulldogs sg ball player & has also played flegg, is son of former bulldogs player) scored a hat-trick & we ended up winning 22-18 after scoring with 3mins to go.
We have now moved on to the next round of games & the next game is going to be at Leichardt Oval on the friday night before the tigers game of round 17. Just thought id let people know how others ar going in the arrive alive cup aswell.
