ESL GF DATE?? Plus tri series date?

I am going to England next year and want to time my trip so that I can see th grand final and hopefully a tri series game.

Does anyone have the dates of the two??

I've got a fixture list that says ESL grand final is Saturday 15 October, and National League 1&2 grand finals on Saturday 8 October.

Tri Series games still to be confirmed I'd imagine?
