Is there a long term plan to have an under 16 tournament which is then backed up by an under 18's one? If this is done bi annually we'd then get a more tangible idea of how the emerging countries are developing.

Yes, last year we had Euro U18 in Serbia, this year Euro U18 in Czech R....next year I hope that there will be some U16...

And i want to thank serbia for that great game against us (scotland)
At the end of the game there wasnt a dry eye in the scotland team because we know how hard we had to work for the win. Thanks

If Serbia and the Czech Republic can host events like these then surely something similar can be organised in the Southern Hemisphere. Exposure to more experienced and, at this moment in time, more skillful opponents can only bring on the young guys in the emerging nations more rapidly than just letting them play amongst themselves. Imagine a similar tournament down under. The Aussies and Kiwis don't need to send their ultimate team at the various age groups. Maybe a team from the states outside of NSW and QL could compete.
