I'm using both clubs as a comparison to their EPL counterparts:

St George= Liverpool- a long, proud history with many titles and great players past and present, but haven't won a Championship in the current competition.

Penrith= Blackburn- HAVE won a Championship in the current competition, but have a generally mediocre history and some down-right awful seasons to add to it.
