Yeah that's pretty wild. He's born early in 1980, so at the end of 2014 he'll be nearly 35.

But I'm sure he's been earmarked for a coaching gig so I'm guessing he's 'done a Lockyer' and is getting paid peanuts for his last few years as a player, with compensation coming from his future coaching contract. Cheating, sure, but how do you stop it?

That said, they only need to keep Prince on the field as long as he's effective. They've got all next year to find a replacement.

The Broncos are doing just fine with Lockyer in the side, and all he provides is leadership, kicking, and decision-making inside the 20. Of course that's more than any of our halves give us, but it's certainly a role Prince is capable of playing for a couple of years yet.

The bigest danger for a smart half like Prince isn't losing his speed (which has already happened), it's getting injured. There's no use the Titans getting rid of him just because it might happen. If they can surround him with a strong team, a la Lockyer at Brisbane, Queensland and Australia, then there's really no reason Prince can't play until 2014, injury permitting. It's not like his game relies on linebreaking ability any more.

Prince has 6 LBAs this year - that's as many as Cooper Cronk and two more than Lockyer. So he can still put a man through a gap.

Well of course, ignorance is ignorance. But the interesting thing about the left is it is full of highly educated people who know nothing about economics because they consider themselves above it all.

The people who are ignorant about absolutely everything are fairly evenly split to either side of politics - either to the left, because they want to live in debauchery without guilt or consequence, or to the right because the rhetoric indulges their sense of tribalism.

But all of the people who are truly savvy about money are right-of-centre. The educated people to the left of the middle don't seem to even want to think about money.

That's why most of them are poor.

It was just a partaking of the "foul language" banter Poo Poo loves to indulge in - I actually have a lot of respect for Poo Poo, I do read his posts, as I do with everyones posts. You just never know when a jewel/insight just suddenly pops out and grabs your attention.
