I watched the replayed edition @ 8.30 to see what the fuss was about & whilst Kent was being a Kent, it wasn't too much to worry about.

Just the usual shit stirring.

He got ikin to ask him a pre arranged question on Cronk v smith so he could regurgitate some memorised stats he actually had written in front of him....hilarious

Then avoids any actual footy analysis to whinge about the bunker again for twenty minutes
Then it was his popularity poll that 6 people participated in
..still no actual footy analysis
Then some pscho waffle about the higher power of coaching ...with no actual footy analysis
Then with 20 minutes to go gets back to gossip and whinging about the bunker

And what a wank fest the finals show "The Round Table" turned out to be. Could have been different by doing some real analysis on each individual teams strengths and weaknesses in games like they do with the video on the NRL website with Matt Elliot.

Thats not how those shows work anymore, well, in Australia anyway. If you get a chance to watch some of the NFL pre-game shows, check them out. They know how to do analysis.

Australian sports media is all about OUTRAGE and soap opera shit.

After scrolling through this thread I feel reassured that I've done the right thing and not subscribed to Foxtel, geez, what a waste of money and time. The forum and the Sam and Newman show fulfill my needs for extra league media.

Old Kentface is just covering all bases and wouldnt know shit from clay. On one hand he has ranted and raved about how we shouldnt win it for various reasons, can't win for other reasons, nobody wants us to win it and why we shouldnt even be in the position to win it. And then on the other hand the merkin has tipped us all year to win the f**ker. Either way he is setting it all up for another story so he can live to fight another day. Its a Win win for Kent which is all its about really.
