You guys shouldn't be sharing your line-ups, it's just gonna invite some lamewad to copy the best one, it's why you can't view other people's teams on the actual site until after the deadline.

*decides which side to copy*

Maybe a bit heavy on Spurs players Tottenham, I heard a rumor this morning that Wright-Phillips will be unveiled as a Spurs player at the friendly with Cagliari on Saturday. ;-)

Looks like Tottenham snuffed out a couple of your players Madd Dogg. As weasel said, try and keep your teams to yourself otherwise someone is going to rip you off, and pretty hard. I'm running with a 3-5-2 formation.

Does anyone know who is the first string defensive line for Crystal Palace?

hmmm, maybe, defoe is quality though and i cant understand why more people havent got him, my hot tip is to get some money on him for top scorer in the league this year. King was good value and will play every game, and can score a goal and Mendes will be the surprise of the season, he's class, however, im tempted to swap him for sean davis.

On Wright-Phillips it would be quite funny if he came to spurs, after all the abuse he copped last season at the lane about his parents (i couldnt see Ian Wright sitting in the stands cheering on a spurs team myself), however i would love to see him there on saturday. In saying that though, if we had all the players we were rumoured to be getting our team would look something like this:

Robinson

Carr - Thuram - King - Jankulovski

Wright-Phillips - Davids - Xabi Alonso - Kily Gonzalez

Ronaldo - Defoe

Bench: Joe Cole, Robbie Keane, etc. etc.

hey everyone, this game is one of the best.
i wont be playing this year cause i havent really got enough spare time, and when i do, its taken!
but i've played the last two seasons, and the best teams always have thierry henry, and then lampard, pires, van nistlerooy, malbranque etc, always do pretty well, except they do cost alot more.

anyways, have fun everyone!

Looks like you also jumped on the Defoe bandwagon as well but there is no harm in looking at other teams and making changes because of it. Both Defoe and Samuel are going to have gun years ahead...

You're right, if we believe all the press rumors we would have a better team that Real. Wright-Phillips isn't going to happen, I reckon his Dad would smack him if he said he wanted to join Spurs. He's a quality player and Spurs could do with him on their flank, the only drawback is that he brings back memories of the FA Cup fourth round tie at the Lane last season. I was there and I still have nightmares about it.

I also agree that Defoe will have a good season, I'm guessing around 20 goals if he stays injury free.

C'MON YOU SPURS!

With Robbie Keane now out for a while, Jermaine Defoe looks good value for money as well and will lead the Tottenham strike force at least until Keane comes back...

That would have been a kick arse side and one that seriously would have pushed for 4th spot for the final CL spot.

And besides Spurs would make a killing from the 560,000 'Ronaldo' shirts.

Sh*te doesn't quite do them justice. More like absolute trash-eating, wheelchair-driving, guide dog-using, one hundred and eight year old women who have had all their limbs amputated.

Although I may have to make a few changes through injury.

haha, dragons cross, you were at that game, hows the therapy going

btw, from sportstab, Jermaine Defoe (Tottenham) $24.00 not a bad bet in anyones book.

Is that for leading goal scorer? If so thats a nice price I might put a 20 on that. Did you see defoe's goal on Saturday, quality finish.
