Any one watching this?

Ive never seen the movie, but am thoroughly enjoying the TV series.

Billy Bob Thornton is excellent.

Didn't realise it had started.

Movie is a classic. Memorable performances, great script.

I'd rate Fargo as one of the greatest movies of all time, so I was a little worried that the TV show would turn out to be a 2nd rate imitation.

So far though it's actually been really good. It's got a good cast and it feels different enough to the movie to make it worth watching.

Movie is one of my all time favourites as well and I'm loving the series. Same vibe as the film but I like that the characters and plot are new so its still fresh. Billy Bob is fantastic, Martin Freeman with a Minnesota accent weirded me out for 5 minutes or so but he's great too.

Just came on to make a thread, but here it is!

Good show, the hammer scene was almost comical?!

Even better about the SBS broadcast is that unlike the commercial networks they broadcast in HD and this show looks amazing.

If only Orphan Black was on the HD channel.

Watched 2 episodes so far.

Billy Bob is great (as always).

Is wrong to cheer when Martin Freeman's character beat his wife to death with a hammer?

Nah.
