Has anyone seen this show?
If so,what did u think?

It's one of the funniest show i've seen,if not the funniest.It was on
uktv,not sure if it's still on.

It was on the ABC, on Friday nights from memory, a few years back.

Some seasons are on DVD now. Definitely on my hitlist. 8)

Yeah mate,I bought all 4 dvd not long ago.I was more there to buy Only Fools
and horses and picked up father ted as well.But boy i'm happy i bought father
ted.I never really buy dvd's.

I've never been a big fan of british shows but these 2 are unbeleivable if u watch
them from the start.They just never get old.

My old fellah love only fools and horses. He has the shows intro as a polyphonic ringtone

The show is pretty good though. I've seen the bloke that plays Rodney in some other stuff. He's a class act. So is Delboy. Not a fan of father Ted though.

2 more British shows to check out are "The Royle Family" and "Men Behaving Badly". The latter is easily my favourite TV show by a long long way. Royle family is class too.

Its the best show ever..

Daslacker I don't have any favourites but recently the "holiday" episode where they get stuck in a caravan with that annoying priest, who's real name is Graham Norton (he has his own show now). Also the "I don't..believe it!" episode.. :lol: :lol: They're all f**king gold! Father Jack and Dougall are the two greatest characters in television history....After Bernard Black.

1) When father Ted talks his fellow priest out of suicide by playing a recording of Spanish Flea only for the guy to hear a radiohead song on the bus home & top himself.

2) When father Dougal is talking to the visiting Bishop: "You know in the bible, where Jesus is crucified, dies & comes back to life three days later?"

"Yes, my son"
