Only if you count when he arrived at the Dogs weighing 140kg, by the time he made 1st grade he was down under 120.
Mark Tookey is definitely the king of the lardarses in the modern era, early in his career at the Warriors he was 125kg and I doubt he's over 6' tall.
As for ugliest, Kevin Campion, Gavin Miller and Tonie Carrol would all come close, although in Campo's defence he probably looked ok before his career started, Craig Wing would be an ugly bastard too if he'd had his face stitched up that many times!!
