Those are all fav players of mine fibro, Carl was like Satts in many ways, took time to actually talk to you....one hell of a nice guy. I lost count on the amount of times I saw him concussed! Brett played for NQ before he retired so doesnt supprise me he lives up that way.

Cant forget Sid Domic, what a player still miss his running game. I always wanting to see Matt Adamson playing in the same team as Martin Lang, the go forward would be unreal.

I have never had the pleasure of meeting Sid Domic. But I have only heard good things about him, so have no doubt that he is a good bloke. I agree with you KP. Matt Adamson was one of our best ever ' go forward ' players. Steve Waddell was also very under rated, and really got those hard yards. All those blokes used to hit the advantage line at speed, and put their body on the line to get a few extra yards for the team. I love it.

The only Panther player I have ever met was Brett Atkinson, you may remember him from the 2000 First Division GF where he scored two spectacular long distance tries. He taught PE at my school (Winmalee High School). We should have got a photo when he was wearing a toga for an ancient olympics day.

A few of my high school teachers finished up teaching at Winmalee High. I don't know whether they would still be there now though. I finished school in

Brett Boyd was a character, and absolutely hated a beer. He married one of my mates sisters. I knew him quite well. I think he lives in Queensland now.

Am niether a Penrith or immortals supporter of the Panthers, but I really think Scott Sattler was an amazing talented player, he will always be my favourite as a kid.

Satts has all the qualities that makes him popular amoungst guys, chicks, the young and the old. He is just a good family man and a good bloke. He's not a superstar on the field, but he gets the job done, and is Mr Reliable. He plays mistake free football, and as we all found out, he can certainly cover tackle.
