Here's us winning the mid-week knock out competition final in August 1980, with a young Peter Sterling named player of the series. Just as I was getting old enough to really know footy and to enjoy following Parra, following in the footsteps of my father and grandfather.

He might be a dopey "rent a quote" bloke these days, but geez Kenny was a brilliant mind on the field.
Some of this footage is terrible quality, but well worth sitting through the whole 30+ minutes.
IMO, the greatest Eels memories of my lifetime.
For those that sit through it, enjoy!

*Edit* Steve Ella was severely underrated as a player. One of my fave's of all time.
