Lol!......even if he was registered before June 30 and I aint holding my breath he is still sidelined by a broken leg.
6 weeks fro broken leg won't effect his contract being registered, he could come in handy @ the backend of the season. The plot thickens; http://www.news.com.au/national/nsw...sault-conviction/story-fnii5s3x-1226966651357

A JUDGE will decide tomorrow if Blake Ferguson’s indecent assault conviction will be overturned.
The NRL star was sentenced to a two-year good behaviour bond in February for putting his hands up the skirt of a 24-year-old woman in at Cronulla’s 2230 bar in June 2013.
The CCTV footage of the incident was played again at his appeal hearing at Downing Centre District Court today.
It shows the 24-year-old former Origin star groping the young woman.
The woman immediately pushes him then slaps him and pushes him again.
Ferguson was later confronted by the woman and her boyfriend.
His barrister Greg James QC said the incident did happen but his intention is disputed.
Mr James said Ferguson thought the woman was another woman who he had met at the notorious Cronulla bar Northies.
The pair were “touching up” earlier in the night and he mistook the victim for that woman.
“He was surprised at her rejection, he apologised to her boyfriend,” Mr James said.
“All of that indicates he had no intention to force himself on a person who he thought was not receptive to his advances.”
Mr James said his behaviour was “boorish, stupid and drunken” but not criminal and his conviction should be overturned.
But the crown said he put his hand up the woman’s skirt without saying a word to her and his defence that he mistook her for someone else is not good enough.
Judge Michael Finnane will deliver his decision tomorrow afternoon.

Grabbing a chick by the box is how you search for a suitable partner in Wellington. It's just easier now they have opposable thumbs.

Chook.

The newspaper story you cited has nothing to do with him being cleared for June 30. Are you a complete moron?

BTW his appeal has been dismissed by the judge. He remains convicted of assault.

He cannot play for the Roosters this year.
f**k up ya gymp! Or I'll punch the tripe out of you ya nice person.. :p

Hahaha and you bogans make fun of Souths supporters lol. Fergo still has a few pins in his ankle and is unlikely to take part in a mere game of shuttle ball let alone an NRL game.

Even if the NRL have him clearance for this year (which they won't), as one journo wrote in the Sydney Morning Herald either today or yesterday (can't remember which off the top of my head) he won't be fit to play as he won't have recovered from his broken leg in time for this year.
