i had a great christmas. my haul of clothes borders on ridiculous. most of it wearable, too. some awesome socks, undies, boxers and about 10 shirts. looking at what i spent and what i got, i must say i don't feel overly ripped off this year.

mind you, i dished out plenty of good sh*t.

In a word "Yes" In between meals at different rellos places I was grazing throughout the day. That's what does it.

I purposely ask my family not to get me clothes a) because they wouldn't really know what I like in that scene and b) because if anything I need to take a few garbage bags of then to the local Samaritans Op Shop. Though I did get a Lowes Gift Voucher off one but that will still come in handy

But anyway Thought I'd change my avatar and banner for the next celebration after Christmas

dare say the club will put the countdown and Sydney Fireworks on the big screen. The DJ will probably play Auld Lang Syne and Celebration just after the countdown.

More than likely. Though I'll probably take a packet of my own too cause the last couple of years the ones I got were duds. They have masks, party hats and streamers as well.

With any luck I'll also get a midnight pash from a cougar like I did last year too.

:lol: this is going to sound bad, but I subscribe to a similar belief. There was one year I'd spend at least $50 on birthday presents, $100+ for good mates. When it came time for my birthday, I think I basically received $100 all up from those same friends and maybe 2 el cheapo dvds, one of which I'd already had.

It basically ended my days of lavish gift giving.
