A few of the expat teachers here at my school are going to hold an Easter pot-luck and I'm hoping to introduce all of the Philistine North Americans to the wonders of pavlova if my ingredients arrive from Australia in time.

My lovely mother has also dispatched a care package full of Easter goodness for me. She's aces.

Anyhow.......BBQed boned leg of lamb is on the menu at the skinner house, with (hopefully) seared scallops as a starter, in a nod to the Good Friday fish......

Tofu can be remarkably good if it's prepared right or its mixed in with the right stuff.

I echo Dani's tofu love for Pad Thai, but would go further and say I've eaten tofu as a side dish to a meal in both South Korea and China and really liked it.

Just don't like it when it's too gelatinous.
