I've got two players in mind for my next pick but with the way things are going I'll get neither.

maybe in future still have the 2 hour limit, but its 2 hrs until the next guy can pick, however the original guy can still make his own pick whenever.

That would slow it right down. We could be waiting around for no reason at times.

Two hours for your pick, if you aren't around within the first 30 minutes/45 minutes/hour whatever the next guy can pick, but you have your full two hours to make a pick before it goes to the RNG or your list?

We've all seen the the thread so we don't have any real excuse not to just send in a fifteen player list to Mis in case we miss our two hour window.
