They also have an excellent major sponsor in Vodafone. What's happened to Fiji in the last few season is one of the best success stories in international RL.

Matt Giteau makes more money in a year for the Force than Fiji spent on their entire 30 man squad for the World Cup, geez I hate to think what some of the so called "minnows" were on.
