Fiji RU recognising threat of RL

Saw this article and thought I would share it with you all

Have been hearing RL is making ground in Fiji but by the sound of it this is being acknowledged by the Fiji RU new boss.

Can anybody tell me how many new clubs, players etc Fiji has grown to. Tried finding a website but seemed limited.
