Watching Molo start the game for Dolphins a few days after losing our most promising junior forward a couple days after being handed a drubbing on a huge occasion because our forwards are too meek...

I am a pessimist for sure in situations such as these but I urge anyone to convince me this club is not cooked.

Nah just Molo chucked a tanty to get his own way to go to queensland and it stuffed us up as we could have gone harder for forwards had we known he was going to do this JUST BEFORE the season starts

I believe our board weren't up for Fulton, but I 100% agree, we missed out on POS nearly 12 months ago, and nothing seems to have moved in that space.. from both the perspective of a) having someone whos full-time job is building contacts and looking for talent, and b) someone more nuanced/silky with the negotiation process, Flanno is very rough around the edges and not necessarily speaking specifically to this case, but he rubs some managers the wrong way, justified or otherwise.

The CEO is coming.. unfortunately we missed several of our preferred targets... but lets hope this bloke delivers for us... and the GM I assume they are going to try and ride out to the end of the year, but I certainly hope hes not being extended.
When is he coming exactly?

Couldn't agree more. Flanno wants to keep his boy in the 17 next year and is willing to sacrifice a MUCH better player to achieve that. Glaring example of nepotism. Not what we need in a coach.
His son is a half Latu is a lock that crap doesn't make sense totally agree this is a bad lose for the club i feel it comes down to recruitment and retention or a lack of.

If Latu is so good, why wouldn’t we throw him onto the bench and maximise the value we can get out of him while he is here…he’s gone anyway

I heard on the Levels Podcast with Justin Horo and Willie Mason that Latu's brother is apparently already in the Dogs system. If that's the case, gives more context behind the decision to go
