Finucane's issue is that he rushes out of the line to put on the shot. They will argue he has a duty of care to avoid high contact. It's a head clash but they will say careless and dangerous. The defence is that it is an accident that happens in contact sport. If he fights he loses. Sharks always roll over so he gets the 2 weeks.

Forceful contact to the head 10 min and an 8 point try.
