The Proposal is quite interesting. It's essentiall a 3 Million dollar interest free loan which will ultimately entitle him to 15% of the Club and Penn to about 5% if I've got the Figures right. Clears the Neagles Debt (Thanks for your help Norths...) and will ultimately give the executive power of the club to the New Football Club Members.

I don't live near Manly...Interesting...You guys have got the Wooden Spoon in 2003 and were the rightful winners in 2002. You don't learn things very quickly do you. That probably explains why you go for Souths. How long has it been since you last won the premiership?
